Exchange Policy:

We are pleased to offer an exchange policy for all goods returned in their original condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are eligible for exchange or a store credits valid for 30 days.

Exchange Request:

If you wish to exchange an item, please send a request to graziellboutique1@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order.

(If 48 hours or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange).

Defective or damaged items can be exchanged within 2 days of receiving your order with proof of purchase. Promptly contact us with details of the product and the defect. If 2 days or more have passed since receiving your order, we cannot offer you an exchange.

Return Process:

Once you receive the return address, you will have 48 hours to ship the items back to us. Please ensure to provide us with a tracking number for your shipment.

Store Credits:

Upon approval of the exchange, a store credit will be issued to you via email. This store credit will have a validity period of 30 days, during which you can choose from any item displayed in our store.

Refund Policy:

We regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds for purchases made through our store.

Exclusion Criteria:

Please note that items purchased on sale are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged.

SHIPPING POLICY

All Orders are delivered within 5-9 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping charges for all exchange must be prepaid and insured by you.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, any amounts refunded as store credit will not include the cost of shipping.

DELAYS

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

We ship your order through Canada post/ UniUni/ ICS Courier & USPS which gives us an approximate timeframe on when the parcel will be delivered to your door. However, there may be times when delays occur. This can occur any time especially during public holidays. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused as once the parcel has been dispatched by us, it is then the responsibility of the shipping company for you to receive your parcel on time.

Please note that we will not take responsibility for any incorrect address details provided/lost packages or for the parcels not being claimed by the buyer.
